Tiffani Penson is a trailblazer raised and rooted in Northeast Portland. Her life’s work is to forge stronger, more inclusive communities. Tiffani’s track record implementing meaningful change across Portland’s complex city-wide bureau system is the leadership Portland needs now. As the City of Portland’s People + Culture Manager, Tiffani champions Portland’s Core Values of transparency, fiscal responsibility, and access to opportunity, steering pivotal programs that open doors for all. From her ground-breaking efforts supporting minority, women, and emerging small businesses to leading youth employment engagement initiatives. These impacts resonate city-wide across all bureaus. Tiffani’s service doesn’t stop at the city; her community service includes board service as an elected board member of Portland Community College, KairosPDX, Northwest Native American Chamber, Oregon Humanities, Business Diversity Institute, and the Black Male Achievement Initiative.
